This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Kyle Ray Wilson, the owner and developer of Anchorfall ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Anchorfall, related test builds, updates, websites, or online services (collectively, the "Game"), you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. LICENSE

Subject to this Agreement and applicable platform terms, Licensor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, rent, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, modify, bypass security, interfere with services, use unauthorized automation or cheats, access another person's account, or use the Game to violate law or others' rights.

3. ACCOUNTS AND ONLINE CONDUCT

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting account credentials. You must not harass others, disrupt gameplay, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, or transmit unlawful or harmful material. Access may be limited or terminated for violations, security, maintenance, or discontinuation.

4. TESTING AND UPDATES

Alpha, beta, playtest, and preview versions may be incomplete, unstable, changed, reset, or discontinued without notice. Features, saves, progress, availability, and system requirements may change. Licensor may provide updates required for continued use.

5. OWNERSHIP

The Game, Anchorfall name and logo, software, artwork, audio, characters, worlds, and related materials are owned by Kyle Ray Wilson or licensed from third parties and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This Agreement grants a license, not ownership. Third-party content and services remain subject to their owners' terms.

6. FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Licensor permission to use it without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. You keep ownership of content you create, subject to any separate platform or service terms.

7. PRIVACY

Use of personal information is described in the Anchorfall Privacy Policy available on this website. Third-party platforms and services may apply their own policies.

8. DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Game. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Game during the preceding twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your license ends if you materially breach it. Upon termination, stop using and uninstall the Game. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and other terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. GOVERNING TERMS

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern this Agreement. Platform, storefront, and third-party service terms may also apply. If a conflict exists, mandatory law controls.

12. CHANGES AND CONTACT
